2025 City of Lafayette Rebates

For equipment that serves up to 4 residential units.

The following rebates are available to residents of the City of Lafayette. All work must be completed and invoiced between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 to qualify for these rebates. Larger rebates might be available – visit our income-qualified rebates page to check your eligibility.

Rebates are available on a first-come first-served basis. Additional requirements are listed at the bottom of this page. Rebates can be combined with any relevant municipality or utility incentive.

Cellular Shades

Receive 30% of all project costs up to $300.

Rebate Requirements: Must have a cell structure of either cell-in-cell or double-cell. Post installation photo(s) and photo(s) showing the cell structure from the side required.

The following conditions apply to this rebate:

• Rebate funds are limited, are subject to change, and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Rebates are only available for upgrades completed on residential units within the City of Lafayette.
• Rebates are only available for existing home retrofits; rebates are not available for new construction.
• The rebate award will be based on the levels published at the time that an invoice for work completed has been submitted to EnergySmart.
• All work must be completed and invoiced between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 to qualify for these rebates.
• Multi-family units of 5 or more are not eligible for these rebates.
• Rebates cannot exceed 70% of the cost of the measure after all other rebates are applied.
• All work must meet all applicable building or energy codes, and all required permits must be obtained.
