Income-Qualified Home Energy Resources

EnergySmart and partner organizations across Colorado offer several resources available exclusively to income-qualified residents. Learn more about each program below.

Weatherization

Weatherization protects a home and its interior from outside elements, reducing your home’s energy use.

Up to $5,000 in EnergySmart enhanced rebates are available for energy efficiency and electrification improvements to any income-qualified resident. Rebates based on 60% of total project costs after other incentives are applied and only for measures meeting minimum thresholds. Income verification and project approval is required.
